Terms and Conditions: Recurring Payments

By completing the registration and subscribing to our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions regarding the recurring payment plan offered by Upbeat Music Inc.. Please read these terms carefully before completing your subscription, and you agree to these terms by signing this agreement.

1. Subscription Agreement

By subscribing to our service, you authorize Upbeat Music Inc. to automatically charge the provided payment method on a recurring basis for the service/product that you have selected. This recurring payment will be processed via Wix Payments.

2. Payment Details

• Billing Amount: You agree to pay the recurring subscription fee according to the billing plan every 4/5 weeks depending on the plan, starting on the date of signature.

• Payment Frequency: Your payment will be processed on the day chosen during subscription setup.

3. Payment Methods

• You will be required to provide valid payment information upon subscribing, which will be stored securely by Wix Payments.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment details remain accurate and up to date throughout the term of your subscription.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your plan if your payment cannot be processed due to expired, incorrect, or invalid payment details.

4. Billing Cycles and Increases

• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing date.

• Upbeat Music Inc. may modify subscription prices with at least 30 days prior notice, and any changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation must be informed 7 business days before next billing date, and no Refunds will be provided.

6. Fraud and Chargeback Protection

• Fraud Protection: Your payments are securely processed through Wix’s fraud protection measures, which include encryption, monitoring, and fraud detection tools. In case of any suspected fraud, your account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Chargeback Handling: If you receive a chargeback from your payment provider, you must notify us immediately. Charges related to chargeback fees may apply.

7. Data Security

• Wix ensures that all transactions are processed via PCI-compliant secure payment gateways. Your financial information is encrypted and stored securely by Wix Payments.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Upbeat Music Inc. is not liable for any issues resulting from failures in payment processing or system errors. In such cases, we will work with our payment processors to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be handled within the applicable legal framework of such.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to the recurring payment plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
