• A 260 square ft rock band rehearsal room

• A 460 square feet chamber string orchestra rehearsal space (also suitable for small music parties and open classes).

• Fully equipped with a PA system, monitors, guitar amps, a bass amp, Roland keyboard and Yamaha piano, full drum kit, microphones and mic stands, sheet music stands, and cables. Plug and play.

• Available for hourly or monthly rental, seven days a week for band rehearsals.

• Clean, professional surroundings, secure, generously sized studios, affordable prices, air conditioning, bottled drinking water, and friendly, professional on-site management.

 

Additionally, we have piano classrooms, percussion drum classrooms, guitar and bass classrooms and more available for music teachers.
